Symbol Captra software is designed to increase the productivity of small businesses by integrating the functionality of QuickBooks® and Symbol barcode scanning technology to any handheld device, enabling you to efficiently create invoices, prepare estimates, issue purchase orders, review pricing, manage inventory, and update data from virtually anywhere. Captra replaces the inefficient methods of operating a business while away from your office, by eliminating paper files, handwritten quotes, and time wasted on data re-entry. Simply capture or edit the data and upload it to your PC at the end of the day.

Captra includes everything you need to manage your business from your PDA. Access, edit, and add to your customer list on the spot, or check discounts and balances due. View current vendor information and edit or create new vendor information with your purchase order. You’ll have the flexibility to print* estimates or purchase orders on-site – or turn an estimate into an invoice instantaneously. Quickly search your inventory list by entering the first letters of the product or scan* the bar code. Then easily check pricing, assess inventory levels, or order additional products. You can even issue and print* credit memos on-site.
